At The Allotment Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included and intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
